Re-Inspection/Additional Inspection Fees

FIRST RE-INSPECTION OR ADDITIONAL INSPECTION $100.00

Replacement Permit Fees

RENEWAL OR EXPIRED $100.00 (additional 60 days)

To Obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for the following is required:

  1. Satisfactory completion of all required inspections
  2. Payment of any outstanding fees
  3. Completed water/sewer services installation.
  4. A permanent and proper address number is displayed in accordance with E911

ALL BUILDING PERMIT FEES MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CHECK AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE AND ANY RE-INSPECTION/ADDITIONAL INSPECTION FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND/OR REGISTRATION DECALS ARE ISSUED.
